Comfy, close to restaurants and station

Everything was good. Tea and coffee in your room. A good breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Clean , tidy, lovely staff. The breakfast staff were extremely helpful. Quiet surrounding. Kettle in room Ice machine, vending machine, washing machines and microwave available on another floor.

Great central location for a clean, comfortable, modern hotel -- with super helpful staff!

Amazing front desk staff that sat and helped me for literally an hour trying to figure out all the options to get to Shirakawago and Takayama (buses were sold out!). Ended up getting us a great taxi with lovely guide. Genuinely just so helpful and kind. We never made it to the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Comfortable, good, modern rooms. Good location for making the circuit and walking to important spots.

Was great - for a modern hotel (not a lot of character, but very comfy).

Good hotel in a good position.

Very clean . Nice friendly staff. Good sized room for a standard double in Japan. Good breakfast with a good choice.. 10 minute walk from the station 15 minutes walk to the castle grounds. I would definitely stay here again.

You can't open the room window. I do like a bit of fresh air sometimes.

Great location for exploring Kanazawa.

Great hotel for what we needed it for, so close to the market which was one of our Kanazawa highlights!

Automatic check in/out, although there were always people to help you. No tea at the communal machine in reception.

Great central place in Kanazwa!

Very modern, spacious and great place to stay in Kanazawa. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, so far the most comfortable on our trip. We really enjoyed it a lot. The lobby had seats and free coffee and tea to drink. Also very close to the central station and very central. A good spot to stay in Kanazawa!

If there was one minor thing, it would be that there were still some used contact lenses on the sink when we arrived and also the bath tub didn’t seem very clean. But nothing that would make the stay less enjoyable.

Very new and nicely designed hotel. Staff are helpful. Not too far away from the main station and main attractions.

The shower system is s bit too complicated.

Perfect stay in Kanazawa

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Kudos to them for that. The room was good and had a separate toilet and bath area which can be useful at times. The location is close to the station. And also kept our luggage with them even after checking out while we were out on a day trip. They also had a welcome drink which was a nice gesture. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again.

Lovely stay

The room was spacious and comfortable. Great location within walking distance to the station, food market, castle etc.

Check-in not available until 2pm, we arrived only a little early but had to wait for the room.

Another FABULOUS stay!!!

My husband and I have stayed at this property many times and it's our favorite Kanazawa hotel! This time, we took a group of 22 people there and again, the hotel did not disappoint! Special thank you to front desk gal, Suzuki-san for her kind assistance to send 10 takkyubin boxes to the airport and 10 luggage to our next destination! She was very pro-active and prepare the takkyubin slips in advance so when we were ready, the process was quick and easy! Just off the lobby, there is also a large area with tables and chairs so group members could gather and enjoy drinks and snacks purchased from the convenience store. This is the same room used for breakfast so the room is made available at times when the restaurant is closed. The welcome drink of sake, wine or non-alcoholic beverage is always a nice touch! Mahalo again for a great stay!

Comfortable, great space for families, fabulous breakfast, convenient location.

We loved the Hotel Forza. The staff were lovely, particularly the people running the breakfast service and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. This was one of the few hotels we visited in Japan which provided a lounge area where larger groups could congregate and spend time together and eat takeaway food - essential as it was New Year and difficult to find restaurants. The location is great with the large food market opposite. It is within walking distance of the station, castle and old tea districts. We were in the hotel during the earthquake (1/1/24) - we didn't even lose power and the staff were fantastic, thank you.

The Twin rooms were a bit tight on space.

fantastic location! we had great room (quadruple room, for two people), so was very spacy. very comfortable beds and pillows, wonderful bathroom. the free hot drinks machine in the lobby is very helpful. very friendly and supporting staff. v foot massage stool in the room was a welcomed surprise and of good use after long walking days! totally recommend for stays in Kanazawa!

Good place to stay in Kanazawa

The hotel is brand new and feels as such. We were unfortunate enough to experience the most recent earthquake whilst at the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and willing to assist with any inquiries.

There is no ability to cast your streaming to the tv and there was no access to any English channels.
